• This remote role supports the successful activation of clinical trial sites across Canada, with a particular focus on site payments and country-level startup activities.
• You will help coordinate regulatory submissions, essential documents, contracts, budgets, and activation milestones while ensuring projects remain on track.
• The role combines operational ownership with close collaboration across sponsors, clinical sites, project teams, and functional stakeholders.
• You will contribute to high-quality trial delivery by maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring timelines, and proactively addressing risks or delays.
• The position offers exposure to complex clinical development programs within a collaborative, globally connected environment.
• You will work within established procedures while bringing strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to day-to-day trial startup activities.
