Job Description

Administrative Faculty Contract. Non Tenure Track, Benefits Eligible - This position is grant funded through 6/30/2027. Employment is contingent upon continued funding. The position is being filled through an emergency appointment. Appointment to the role on a permanent basis is contingent upon meeting additional recruitment requirements.

The Nursing & Allied Health Site Director – Fallon Campus is an administrative faculty position responsible for leading and managing Nursing and Allied Health programs, personnel, instruction, partnerships, and operations at the Fallon campus. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Allied Health, this position provides site-based leadership for program delivery, instructional quality, faculty and staff supervision, clinical coordination and oversite, workforce alignment, and operational management in alignment with college policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and division priorities.

The Site Director oversees Fallon campus instructional and operational activities, including faculty supervision and development, local clinical coordination, student support, community partnerships, and oversight of facilities and on-site clinical partnerships. The role serves as the primary Nursing & Allied Health operational representative for the Fallon service area.

The Site Director works in collaboration with the Director, Operations & Clinical Coordinator, faculty, staff, Fallon campus leadership, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders to support student success, workforce development, program quality, and responsive rural healthcare education pathways.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Site Leadership, Program Management & Operations

• •Lead and manage Nursing and Allied Health program operations, activities, and implementation efforts at the Fallon campus
• •Implement division goals, priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational expectations in alignment with the Nursing & Allied Health Director
• •Lead and oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation/utilization, facilities coordination, operational planning, and program implementation
• •Develop and implement operational practices and site-based processes that support effective program delivery and campus operations
• •Oversee classrooms, labs, equipment, simulation resources, instructional spaces, and operational logistics at the Fallon campus
• •Coordinate and oversee operation of an on-site clinic (possibly in partnership with a healthcare organization), ensuring alignment with educational, operational, regulatory, and partner expectations
• •Coordinate operational alignment between Fallon campus activities and division-wide systems and processes
• •Collaborate with Fallon campus leadership to support integrated student services, campus operations, and community engagement activities
• •Support site-level operational reporting, data tracking, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities
• •Promote a positive, collaborative, respectful, and student-centered learning and work environment

Instruction & Student Learning Support

• •Support student learning, persistence, progression, and program completion
• •Collaborate with faculty to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery, student assessment, instructional practices, and learning outcomes
• •Support implementation of curriculum revisions, instructional innovations, simulation activities, and program improvements in alignment with division standards
• •Assist in identifying student learning challenges and coordinating appropriate support strategies and referrals
• •Participate in program evaluation, student learning outcome assessment, and accreditation-related instructional activities

Clinical Coordination & Oversight

• •Coordinate Fallon campus clinical placements and site-based clinical activities in collaboration with the Operations & Clinical Coordinator and Director
• •Support compliance with accreditation, Board of Nursing, contractual, and program requirements related to clinical education
• •Maintain and strengthen relationships with regional healthcare partners to support clinical placement and program needs
• •Coordinate local clinical scheduling, communication, troubleshooting, and implementation activities
• •Coordinate resolution of site-based clinical issues involving students, faculty and healthcare partners
• •Support operational processes related to student clinical documentation and compliance requirements
• •Coordinate local onboarding and support processes for clinical instructors and preceptors

Faculty & Staff Supervision & Development

• •Supervise, observe, evaluate, mentor, and support faculty and staff assigned to the Fallon campus
• •Coordinate faculty assignments and workloads to support instructional quality, student success, and operational needs
• •Manage faculty and staff performance including accountability, communication, professional development, and operational expectations
• •Address personnel issues, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, disciplinary processes , and operational problem-solving
• •Support onboarding, mentoring, retention, recognition, and professional growth of faculty and staff
• •Foster a collaborative, respectful, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
• •Coordinate communication and operational alignment among Fallon campus personnel, other campus personnel and division leadership

Partnerships, Workforce Alignment & Community Engagement

• •Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local healthcare providers, employers, workforce agencies, educational partners, and community organizations
• •Represent the Nursing & Allied Health division in the Fallon community and rural service area
• •Support workforce alignment by identifying regional workforce needs, employment trends, and partnership opportunities
• •Collaborate with partners to support student recruitment, transition to employment, and program growth opportunities
• •Participate in outreach, recruitment, and community engagement activities

Minimum Qualifications:
