As a **Site Engagement Liaison** at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. **What You Will Do:** You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. **Location: Mumbai (Hybrid Role)** Key responsibilities include: + Bachelor's/ Master's degree in life sciences or a related field. + Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred. (i.e. right from Pre-Trials Assessment to Close outs) + Min. 2 years experience in Project Management or Clinical Trial Management in an MNC + Min 8+ years in Onsite monitoring experience with 5+ years in MNC + Should be responsible for complete Site Management + Should have SEC (Subject Expert Committee) presentation Skills to Regulatory Authorities (Preferred) + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. + Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. + Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
