Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Purpose

The Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating daily labour activities, executing project work as per the approved schedule, and ensuring quality parameters and checklists are strictly followed on site at the Mandu project location.

Key Responsibilities

• •Coordinate daily labour deployment on site and prepare daily labour reports.
• •Follow and execute site activities strictly as per the approved project schedule.
• •Check and monitor quality parameters on site and ensure adherence to quality checklists.
• •Ensure work progresses as per schedule and highlight/escalate deviations promptly.
• •Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site checklists for all activities.
• •Carry out in-process quality checks at each stage of execution.
• •Verify and check contractor/vendor bills prior to submission for approval.
• •Maintain and review manpower reports and ensure accurate reporting.

Key Skills

• •Strong execution focus – ability to get work completed as per schedule.
• •Working knowledge of checklists, SOPs and quality-control processes.
• •Sound understanding of quality parameters and in-process inspection checks.
• •Proficiency in checking and verifying bills and manpower reports.
• •Good coordination, communication and labour management skills.

Qualification & Experience

• •B.E. in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• •Minimum 5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
