  • Team Engagement & Leadership: Rally and engage cross-functional project team members, encouraging them to take proactive ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate effectively to hit milestones.
  • Strategic Execution & Growth: Balance multiple priorities, including direct project execution, multi-disciplinary functional support, and continuous self-development to actively grow within the role and the engineering function.
  • Promoting a Winning Culture: Contribute to a high-performing site environment that champions safety, open communication, mutual trust, and psychological safety.
  • Compliance Champion: Comply with, reinforce, and champion all site and global safety, security, and environmental policies (HSE) on every project

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
  • Experience of hands-on experience in a comparable technical engineering position within fast-paced industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG is highly preferred.
  • A deep, foundational/functional understanding of core engineering principles across multiple disciplines (Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction, or Computer/Digital Services) to guide complex site project decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in team environments, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles
  • Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today
  • Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University
  • An industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including a company bonus
