Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• •Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented.
• •Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, leveraging different technologies.
• •Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• •Integration: Ensure seamless system integration, addressing any technical challenges that may arise. Support Interface development with third party tools like Blackline, Promenta, ADP.
• •Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• •Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• •Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.
• •Training and Support: Provide support for training and support activities to end-users.
• •Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Adhere compliance with GxP requirements.
• •Responsible for performing all assigned activities in compliance with GxP regulations, company SOPs, and data integrity requirements

• •· Requirements Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented.·
• •Solution Design: Track the development of comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives and leverage different technologies.·
• •Implementation Management: Measure the quality, timeliness, and budget adherence of implemented technology solutions.·
• •Integration: Evaluate the seamless integration of systems and the resolution of any technical challenges that arise.·
• •Stakeholder Engagement: Measure the effectiveness of acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.·
• •Testing and Quality Assurance: Track the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.·
• •Documentation: Measure the completeness and accuracy of documentation for solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results·
• •Training and Support: Evaluate the effectiveness of training and support provided to end-users.·
• •Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Minimum Requirements:
• Education :

University Degree/Masters, focused on Finance & Accounting

Experience and Skills:

• •Min 10 years of experience in SAP
• •Strong experience on S/4HANA Finance & OpenTextVIM
• •Large-scale program experience
• •Requirements analysis
• •Solution design
• •Implementation management
• •Testing and quality assurance
