Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated SOC Intern to support our Security Operations Center in monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world security incidents, SIEM tools, and SOC processes under the guidance of experienced security professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• •Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, ELK)
• •Assist in identifying, analyzing, and triaging security incidents
• •Perform basic log analysis and escalate incidents as per SOC procedures
• •Support incident response activities and documentation
• •Assist in creating and updating incident reports and dashboards
• •Learn and follow SOC playbooks, SOPs, and security frameworks
• •Collaborate with SOC analysts and other security teams

Eligibility / Requirements

• •Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech / MSc (IT/Cyber Security)
• •Basic understanding of:
• •Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)
• •Cybersecurity concepts (malware, phishing, brute force, DDoS, etc.)
• •Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• •Basic knowledge of logs, alerts, and security events
• •Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
