Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Associate to support Qubix's digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and branding, with the ability to take ownership of day-to-day social media activities from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage the day-to-day organic social media presence across Qubix's social platforms.
• •Plan and execute the social media content calendar, including content ideation, creation, creative coordination, caption writing, scheduling, and publishing.
• •Create engaging short-form video content, posts, and other social media formats aligned with Qubix's brand and communication goals.
• •Manage social media content for Qubix HiFi, including concept development, scripting, shooting, and publishing.
• •Create and manage LinkedIn content for Qubix, working closely with internal teams to highlight company updates, projects, culture, and industry insights.
• •Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging content formats to bring fresh and relevant ideas.
• •Coordinate with internal teams and external designers to ensure timely delivery of social media creatives.
• •Track and analyse social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
• •Support marketing initiatives such as Meta Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, email newsletters, and other digital marketing activities as required.

• •Stay updated with social media trends and proactively bring new content ideas.
• •Use performance insights to improve content and engagement.
• •Work effectively with different teams and manage multiple content requirements within timelines.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
• •1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• •Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
• •Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.
• •Hands-on experience with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• •Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
