Position Overview:

We're looking for a Community Manager Intern to help manage, engage, and moderate the Community and Social Media channels of our games.

This is a hands-on role, under the guidance of our Social Media and Community Manager. From day one, you'll be taking ownership of real tasks, running Discord operations, keeping the social calendar on track, and keeping a close ear to what players are saying across all our channels. The ideal candidate loves games and is a heavy Discord and social media user: creative, plugged in, and ready to get things done. 💪

What You'll do:

On Discord

Be the main point of contact with Discord moderators across servers.

Take ownership of day-to-day operations: publishing content, monitoring activity, handling escalations, keeping things running smoothly, and report regularly on server activity

Proactively suggest actions and improvements to keep players active and engaged.

On Social media

Own the social media content calendar: scheduling and publishing posts across channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).

Join content planning sessions and contribute ideas!

Community listening

Engage with players across all channels to make sure they feel heard and represented.

Flag issues, potential crises, and emerging trends before they escalate.

Stay sharp

Keep up with what's evolving on platforms and competitors, and bring suggestions when something is worth trying.

What are we looking for?

High level of English, both written and spoken — it's our working language.

Proficiency in Discord as a user. This is the core of the role. If you're already active in gaming servers, that's a strong signal.

Strong communication skills and a good eye for content. You'll be engaging with players and representing our games online.

A genuine interest in social media: you follow what's trending, you notice what works, and you have opinions about it.

Experience as a moderator in gaming or online communities is a plus.

Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Academic background

We'd expect candidates to be currently enrolled in a university degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. A university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) is required.
