We are seeking a highly creative, agile, and digital-native Social Media Content Associate to serve as a key execution engine across our two core social pillars: Global Brand Social and Co-lab Social.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video content and visual assets across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels. This role demands a blend of visual storytelling, speed, and strategic alignment to drive community engagement, elevate high-profile collaboration launches, and keep the brand ahead of social trends.

Job Description

A) Creative Content Generation & Execution

Regularly support our Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok channels with owned content.

Ideate, script, shoot, and edit mobile-first, short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, Stories, Shorts) tailored for both the Global Brand Account and Co-lab Social Account.

Produce on-brand copy, captions, and visual assets aligned with global creative direction.

Leverage modern generative AI creative tools (text-to-video, image enhancement, editing automation) to increase content production velocity without compromising quality.

Maintain a rapid production cadence to capture fast-moving internet culture and viral social trends in real time.

Identify and collaborate with creators & agencies, creating briefs, managing send-outs of products, reviewing social storyboards, managing production (sometimes remotely), and ensuring on-time delivery

B) Dual-Pillar Campaign & Co-lab Support

Assist with the rollout of global collaboration campaigns from ideation to delivery.

Maintain and update content calendars for our social accounts.

Coordinate cross-functionally with graphic design, PR, and regional marketing teams to ensure global alignment on launch timelines.

C) Hands-on Social Marketing & Operations

Monitor channel analytics, tracking engagement, video retention, and conversion metrics to refine content tactics.

Conduct ongoing competitive research on social trends, creator formats, and competitor collaboration launches.

Support project communications, asset management, and administrative workflows within the Marketing team.

Strong organizational skills - managing content libraries and YouTube playlists.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or related discipline.

1+ years of hands-on content creation or social media management experience (agency or in-house lifestyle/retail brand).

Native proficiency in TikTok, YouTube & Instagram Reels visual language.

Strong mobile video filming and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).

Proficiency in visual communication tools like Figma, Canva, or Keynote.

Familiarity with AI editing tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop AI) is a strong plus.

High aesthetic judgment with a strong eye for lifestyle/tech accessory styling.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Self-motivated, structured, and capable of prioritizing tasks under tight launch schedules.
