Social Media Creative Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Creative Director based in Portugal.

• This is a fully remote creative leadership role focused on turning client briefs into compelling, platform-native social media experiences.
• You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution, translating commercial objectives and brand guidelines into clear concepts and production-ready directions.
• A key part of the role is using AI creative tools directly to prototype ideas, develop visual references, and bring concepts to life before production.
• You’ll work closely with designers, editors, videographers, and strategy teams to ensure every creative output is clear, consistent, and aligned with the brief.
• The role spans multiple social platforms and formats, including Reels, TikTok, Stories, carousels, and short-form video.
• You’ll also help evolve creative workflows by identifying emerging AI technologies that can improve ideation, iteration, and production efficiency.
• Success in this position requires strong creative judgment, precise visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple client workstreams in a fast-paced remote environment.
