Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, engage our communities, and support recruiting and store

marketing efforts across multiple locations.

What You'll do as a Social Media Marketing Manager:

• •Manage and grow Mega Saver’s social media platforms
• •Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photos, reels, and promotional posts
• •Develop recruiting-focused social media campaigns to attract top talent
• •Promote store events, grand openings, giveaways, and company initiatives
• •Respond to messages, comments, and online engagement professionally and timely
• •Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase reach and engagement
• •Coordinate with operations and leadership teams on marketing needs
• •Track social media performance and provide reporting/insights
• •Assist with branding consistency across all platforms and materials

What We're Looking For:

• •Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• •Experience managing business social media accounts
• •Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Canva
• •Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• •Strong attention to detail and organization
• •Positive attitude and team-focused mentality
• •Photography/video editing experience is a plus
