- Collaborate closely with social strategy, content creators, project managers, producers, editors, creative teams, copywriters, designers, product teams, and brand partners to align on objectives, briefs, timing, and deliverables.
- Coordinate talent and location needs, including outreach, scheduling, releases, and on-set logistics as needed.
- Manage video and creative review cycles, routing content through necessary internal, brand, product, legal, and other approval processes.
- Coordinate post-production workflows with editors and creative teams, ensuring feedback is consolidated, communicated, and implemented efficiently.
- Help ensure content is developed with social-first best practices in mind.
- Bring creative problem-solving to production challenges and identify efficient ways to execute ideas within timing, budget, and resource constraints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external production partners, vendors, freelancers, creators, and talent.
- Manage multiple projects and productions simultaneously while working effectively in a small, high-output team and fast-moving environment.
- Stay current on evolving social platforms, production techniques, creator trends, and emerging content formats.
- Work with Content Creators to maintain organized project files, production assets, footage, working files, and final deliverables.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for content shoots, events, and on-location productions.
- Take on additional production and social responsibilities as the digital landscape and needs of the team evolve.
