Social Media Specialist

LaunchSquad is an integrated communications agency that helps technology and innovation companies tell their stories and grow. Since 2000, we’ve partnered with brands like Uber for Business, Ibotta, Black Forest Labs, and Waabi on messaging, media relations, executive thought leadership, content marketing, social media, and creative.

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Content Studio, the in-house team of editorial, content marketing, and creative experts behind our integrated programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making social content and knows how to reach the right audiences through organic and paid channels.

Working across multiple B2B client teams, you’ll help shape how brands and executives show up on LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms. You’ll create and publish posts, graphics, carousels, and short videos; manage paid campaigns; and work with design and video colleagues when a story calls for more ambitious production.

The right candidate can turn complex technology topics into compelling social content. They bring strong writing and visual instincts, the organizational skills to manage multiple client programs, and hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.

LaunchSquad has a flexible, hybrid workplace with offices in San Francisco, New York, Boston, and Chicago. This position is also open to US-based remote employees.
