• Pay Rate: up to £38 per hour ( dependent upon experience)

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join a dynamic Assessment & Intervention Team for its client in North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified social workers who are looking to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage a caseload involving routine social work interventions, escalating complex cases as needed.

Work with children, families, and carers to assess risks and develop support plans that promote safety and wellbeing.

Undertake assessments and design care/support plans, including education plans, ensuring they are evidence-based and regularly reviewed.

Collaborate with experienced practitioners and receive mentoring to build confidence and autonomy in decision-making.

Operate within a duty system on a rota basis, responding to urgent cases and managing crisis situations effectively.

Ensure all interventions are proportionate, timely, and aligned with best practice and statutory guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration.

Experience working with children and families in a statutory setting.

Strong assessment and planning skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for children.
