Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date, and evidence‑based records in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
Benefits:

Professional Growth: Offer excellent opportunities for training and development within a supportive and encouraging leadership culture.
Approachable Leadership: Ensure managers are accessible and proactive in providing guidance, advice, and support.
Collaborative Culture: Promote strong and effective working relationships between MASH and Assessment teams.
Flexibility and Attendance:
Office Attendance: Staff are expected to be office-based during their duty week and for two days a week when not on duty.
Flexible Working: Flexible hours may be considered; please reach out for a discussion prior to the interview.
