Salary of £39,823 – £47,434 per annum plus market premia and retention payments (DOE)

Potential earnings of up to £52,934 per annum (DOE)

Relocation package of up to £8,000

Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 office days per week

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of children and young people within the Children in Care Team

Complete statutory visits, assessments, care planning and permanence planning

Undertake direct work with children and ensure their voices are central to decision-making

Work collaboratively with families, carers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes

For This Role You Will Need

A recognised Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration

Successful completion of the ASYE programme and experience within statutory children's services

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes

Strong assessment, safeguarding and relationship-building skills
