Social Worker – Children's Services

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Children's Services team, based in Swansea.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage cases within CASP, Child Protection, PLO, Court, and Locality teams.

Complete assessments of children and families.

Support children and families through child protection and court processes.

Safeguard children and improve outcomes for families.

Work with families and multi-agency professionals.

Prepare reports, assessments, and care plans.

Follow the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and Wales Safeguarding Procedures.

Use a strengths-based, child-focused approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

Degree in Social Work (or equivalent recognised qualification).

Registration with Social Care Wales.

A minimum of three years’ experience within a Children’s Social Work setting.

Relevant post-qualified Social Work experience.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Right to work in the UK
