Social Worker – Children's Services

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Children's Services team, based in Ceredigion.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage cases within CASP, Child Protection, PLO, Court, and Locality teams .

Complete assessments of children and families.

Support children and families through child protection and court processes.

Safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.

Work with families and multi-agency professionals.

Prepare reports, care plans, and case records.

Follow the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and Wales Safeguarding Procedures .

Use a strengths-based, child-focused approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

Degree in Social Work (or equivalent recognised qualification).

Registration with Social Care Wales.

A minimum of three years’ experience within a Children’s Social Work setting.

Relevant post-qualified Social Work experience.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Right to work in the UK
