Social Worker - Support & Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Experienced Social Workers and Advanced Social Workers for its client's Support & Safeguarding Team based in Chippenham and Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

The Role

As a member of the Support & Safeguarding Team , you will:

Manage a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law cases.

Build strong and trusting relationships with children and families to create sustainable change.

Undertake assessments, care planning, and direct interventions to safeguard children.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support.

Contribute to court work and statutory processes where required.

Support children to remain safely within their families wherever possible.

About You

We're looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Requirements

Social Work England registration.

Recognised Social Work qualification.

Completion of ASYE.

Experience within Children's Social Care, Safeguarding, or Family Support Services.

Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Commitment to high-quality, child-centred practice.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
