Social Worker - Team Manager

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a team manager within a well established Stroud based Charity in Stroud.

What will your responsibilities be?

Service: Early Help Service

Focus: Delivering early intervention support rather than long-term social work

Contract Length: Initial 3-month contract

Extension: Contract may be extended

Management Responsibility: Managing 3 remote Social Workers

Management Responsibility: Managing 3 Support Workers

Total Staff Managed: 6 staff members (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers)

Working Pattern: Required to be on-site 4 days per week

Nature of Role: Team Manager position within an Early Help/Early Intervention service

Location: Stroud-based charity

Working Style: Combination of on-site management and supervision of remote staff members

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence

Post-qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
