We are looking for Software Development Engineers at the SDE 2 level to join a growing product engineering team.

We are looking for engineers who have previously built, scaled, or significantly contributed to applications serving 100K+ users . You will work in a small, high-ownership team where engineers are expected to take ownership of problems, move quickly and build reliable, scalable products.

The team is technology agnostic and values strong engineering fundamentals over expertise in a specific language or framework.

What You'll Own

• Product & Software Development
• •Design, develop and maintain scalable, reliable and high-performance applications.
• •Build production-ready software with a focus on performance, reliability and user experience.
• •Take ownership of features from design and development through deployment and production support.
• •Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to build and deliver new features.
• •Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• •Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Architecture & Scalability
• •Contribute to technical architecture and system design discussions.
• •Build systems that can handle increasing users, traffic and data volumes.
• •Identify and address performance, scalability and reliability issues.
• •Work with APIs, databases and scalable application architecture.
• •Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and reliability.

• AI-Assisted Development
• •Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar tools to improve development speed and productivity.
• •Use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing, documentation and problem-solving.
• •Maintain code quality, security and engineering standards while using AI-assisted development.

• Collaboration & Ownership
• •Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• •Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects and technical problems.
• •Contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing.
• •Proactively identify problems and drive solutions.
• •Be comfortable working across different parts of the technology stack when required.

Must Have

• •2-5 years of professional software development experience.
• •Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, C# or JavaScript/TypeScript .
• •Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming and System Design .
• •Hands-on experience building, scaling or maintaining production applications serving 100K+ users .
• •Experience working on high-traffic consumer or B2B products where performance, reliability and scalability were important.
• •Experience developing Backend, Frontend or Full Stack applications .
• •Strong understanding of APIs, databases and application architecture.
• •Experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools effectively.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.
