Software Engineer - GenAI/ Agentic AI

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer- GenAI/ Agentic AI with strong Python backend expertise who can understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, logical, and able to communicate clearly within the team.

Key Skills

• •Strong hands-on experience in Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL + vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• •Practical experience with GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, OCR/Document Intelligence, and Agentic AI frameworks .
• •Good understanding of AI safety practices (prompt security, guardrails, hallucination mitigation).
• •Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) — at a developer level for packaging and deployment readiness.
• •Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills .

Responsibilities

• •Analyse business requirements and design backend systems + AI workflows.
• •Develop and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• •Integrate databases, vector search, and third-party APIs into scalable solutions.
• •Ensure secure, reliable, and production-ready AI systems with proper guardrails.
• •Collaborate with team members and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
