Process Overview*

Consumer CRM Technology team is responsible for all Consumer Retail and Merrill Edge products catering to Consumer, Small Business and Merrill Edge clients. The products includes Credit Cards for Retail as well as Small Business customers, Deposits, Consumer Lending and Client Underwriting (including Vehicle Loans and Home Loans), Investment Products for Merrill Edge clients. This team performs application development, design/architecture and business analysis functions to deliver the technology solutions through robust and scalable application platforms developed on various technologies such as Salesforce, .Net, WCR , Angular JS and SQL Server.

Job Description

Individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining SQL Server SSIS packages within Consumer CRM technology. Individual will be involved in day to day application development, support and testing as per Bank of America standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• •Provide technical and functional support to business users
• •Requirement gathering from Tech LoB and participating in Requirement Review Analysis calls
• •Perform Impact Analysis on new functionality implementations
• •Preparation HLD and LLD
• •Coordinate with Tech LoB, Internal and External Dev Teams
• •Ensure compliance with Platform usage Standards.
• •Interact with multiple lines of businesses, support partners and application managers for day to day business routines
• •Write functional test scripts for new applications

Requirements

Education: BE /Btech/MCA/MSC/Mtech

Certifications If Any : NA

Experience: 5+ Years

Foundational Skills:

• •Hands on experience on Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce page, Batch jobs, Service integrations.
• •Strong experience in Object Oriented design & development
• •Should have Web Development experience using HTML 5, CSS 3, JQuery, Bootstrap

Desired Skills

• •Good to have development experience in Salesforce Lightning & banking domain
• •Experience in .NET & WCF service is added advantage
• •Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down and communicate complex issues, ideas and solutions
• •Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, client-facing abilities, Problem solving Abilities & international exposures is a good for this position
