Software Engineer - MERN Stack

Role Overview:

We are looking for MERN Stack Engineers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-assisted engineering environment focused on rapid development, smart execution, and continuous innovation.

Candidate should be capable of effectively leveraging AI tools and modern vibe-coding workflows to accelerate development, enhance solutioning and problem-solving capabilities, improve code quality, rapidly prototype ideas, and drive overall engineering productivity while consistently applying strong engineering judgment, architectural thinking, and technical decision-making.

This role involves building and shipping features efficiently, optimizing development workflows, and utilizing AI-assisted practices across coding, debugging, PR reviews, testing, documentation, automation, and overall software delivery processes.

Skills & Requirements

• •Candidate with 2+ years of experience with relevant experience in MERN/Node.js Stack.
• •Strong hands-on experience in Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, React Js, Typescript, Next Js.
• •Strong hands-on experience in Backend Technologies: Node.js, Express.js, APIs.
• •Good experience with databases and middleware: MongoDB, MySQL, Amazon RDS, Supabase
• •Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Codex or similar tools within daily engineering workflows.
• •Ability to clearly understand, review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and production readiness.
• •Good understanding of system design, debugging, optimization, and clean coding practices.
• •Hand-on Experience with Development Infrastructure & Deployment Tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• •Experience with Project Management & Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion, and related collaboration platforms is a plus.
• •Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack.
• •Effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• •Understand, review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code before integrating it into production systems.
• •Rapidly create prototypes, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and feature demonstrations using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate product validation and engineering decisions.
• •Analyze software issues, identify root causes, and implement efficient and reliable solutions.
• •Participate in PR reviews and maintain high engineering standards for code quality, security, and performance.
• •Improve engineering productivity through automations and better development workflows.
• •Work closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams for smooth execution and delivery.
• •Stay updated with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows and bring process improvements to the team
