Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Agent Coding Engineer with a passion for AI-driven software development and Agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, strong software engineering fundamentals, and expertise in Python development. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing agent-based solutions that leverage LLMs, tools, workflows, and enterprise integrations to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI agent applications and agentic workflows.

Build and integrate intelligent agents using modern Agent frameworks, tools, and orchestration platforms.

Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.

Develop and optimize agent capabilities including planning, tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.

Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Create reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for Agent development.

Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance the performance, reliability, and security of agent-based applications.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.

Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Agent technologies, and AI engineering practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of professional software development experience.

Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI Agents or Agentic applications .

Good understanding of Agent Harness concepts, architecture, and development practices.

Expert-level proficiency in Python .

Working knowledge of Java .

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and AI offerings.

Strong experience with Docker , containerized application deployment, and Linux environments.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain , Lang G raph , or similar technologies.

Experience building multi-agent systems and AI orchestration workflows.

Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI evaluation techniques.

Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes is a plus.
