- You’ll act as a bridge between customers, delivery teams, product leaders, and developers, helping translate real-world operations into effective software solutions.
- The role combines implementation leadership, operational consulting, product feedback, and internal enablement.
- You’ll help customers modernize processes, reduce unnecessary customization, and make confident decisions throughout discovery, design, testing, and go-live.
