Position Responsibilities

• •Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• •Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
• •Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• •Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree.
• •4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• •4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent.
• •Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.
• •Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
