• Role Summary
• The Solution Architect (SA) is a critical member of the RainFocus Client Success organization and the senior-most technical resource within the implementation consulting IC track. Once an implementation begins, the SA owns the overall architecture of the client's event program — aligning platform design and configuration with the client's strategic business objectives and ensuring that the implemented solution is scalable, innovative, and built to last. Solution Architects are trusted advisors to executive-level client stakeholders. They lead discovery and solution design, guide complex integrations, provide oversight across multi-event portfolios, and serve as technical thought leaders within the Client Success organization. Beyond their own engagements, they mentor Solution Consultants, contribute to process and methodology improvement, and represent RainFocus's implementation expertise through thought leadership and client advocacy.
