Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in either ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, solution architecture, and technology delivery across business and IT functions.

This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and enhance user experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership teams to drive successful implementation and adoption of platform-based solutions.

Job Description

Solution Architecture & Technology Leadership

• •Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions leveraging ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• •Conduct feasibility assessments and evaluate solution options to address business requirements and technology challenges.
• •Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives, enterprise standards, and target operating models.
• •Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, workstreams, and delivery teams.
• •Review solution designs to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and operational effectiveness.
• •Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Platform Transformation & Automation

• •Drive business process automation and workflow transformation initiatives.
• •Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through low-code/no-code platforms and intelligent automation.
• •Support migration and modernization initiatives from legacy platforms and applications.
• •Design integrated solutions that connect business processes, enterprise systems, and data services.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize platform utilization and maximize business value.

AI Innovation & Digital Transformation

• •Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• •Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.
• •Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, and workflow automation.
• •Support enterprise adoption of AI capabilities through architecture guidance and governance.

Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

• •Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to define priorities and delivery plans.
• •Support Agile delivery practices and facilitate alignment between business and technology teams.
• •Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation pathways.
• •Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, governance committees, and leadership teams.
• •Drive decision-making and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Governance, Security & Quality Assurance

• •Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, regulatory obligations, and governance frameworks.
• •Review platform configurations, customizations, integrations, and deployments.
• •Establish monitoring, reporting, and performance measurement mechanisms.
• •Support access management, licensing optimization, and platform governance activities.
• •Validate solution quality and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Vendor & Service Management

• •Collaborate with vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
• •Review vendor-delivered solutions and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• •Support contract governance, service reviews, and performance management activities.
• •Provide technical oversight during platform upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives

Requirements

Essential Skills

• •Experience in enterprise solution architecture, application architecture, or platform architecture roles.
• •Demonstrated experience with either ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio .
• •Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• •Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
• •Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• •Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

ServiceNow Experience (Preferred)

• •ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and implementation.
• •ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related ServiceNow modules.
• •ServiceNow Performance Analytics and AI capabilities.
• •Workflow migration and enterprise service management transformation.
• •ServiceNow integration architecture and platform governance.

Microsoft Experience (Preferred)

• •Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• •Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered business solutions.
• •Power Platform governance, security, and solution lifecycle management.
• •Enterprise automation and low-code application development.
• •Integration with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• •Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
• •Microsoft Copilot or AI-related certifications.
• •Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications.
• •TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications.
• •Experience in banking, financial services, government, or other regulated industries.
