Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to identify and engage top talent for our company in some of the most in demand industry skill sets. You'll work closely with recruiting, leadership, and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled candidates.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or industry events.
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Compensation: $ 125K - $150K (Offers Bonus)
Essential Responsibilities
Identify potential candidates: Use social media, job boards, and existing networks to find and engage with prospective high potential candidates
Develop talent pipelines: Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Screen candidates: Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit before passing them to recruiting
Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and job market conditions to provide valuable insights to the recruitment team
Employer branding: Communicate the company’s value proposition, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates to build a strong employer brand
Collaborate with hiring team: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to create effective sourcing strategies that meet job requirements and demand
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related field
Must excel at building relationships with passive candidates, focusing on understanding their career motivations and organizational fit rather than taking a transactional approach to recruitment
Experience building candidate sourcing, engagement and pipeline strategies
Exposure to digital infrastructure, data center, and construction skill sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages and build relationships with potential candidates
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruitment software
Awareness of current talent acquisition trends and best practices
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
