A Sourcing Experienced Professional - Sourcing Initiatives is responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement activities, providing legal and commercial guidance relating to inbound procurement, managing supplier relationships, and supporting negotiations, including real estate negotiations.

As a Sourcing Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for:

• •Supporting sourcing and procurement activities and supplier relationships to meet business requirements.
• •Providing legal counsel and guidance relating to inbound procurement, where applicable.
• •Supporting and managing commercial negotiations with suppliers, including real estate negotiations.
• •Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support effective sourcing and procurement outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will:

• •Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• •Have at least 3-5 years in Sourcing
• •Lawyer or non-lawyer specializing in sourcing, providing legal counsel and guidance relating to inbound procurement
• •Have procurement experience in SAP and Ariba system
• •Have good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills
• •Have a good knowledge of Purchasing practices, principles and procedures
• •Be good at communicating in English language
