Sourcing Intern

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

The Sourcing Intern will support the Sourcing team with day-to-day activities and project work across a range of sourcing and procurement initiatives, giving them the opportunity to develop their analytical, organisational and communication skills.

This is a hands-on role that will provide exposure to sourcing, suppliers, data analysis and project management within a global MedTech organisation.

What Will You Do:

• •Support the Sourcing team with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities.
• •Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting to support sourcing projects.
• •Help with data setup and maintenance , ensuring sourcing and supplier information is accurate and up to date.
• •Support the preparation and issue of RFIs and RFQs and help organise supplier responses.
• •Assist with gathering and comparing supplier quotations and information.
• •Conduct basic research on suppliers, products, markets and sourcing opportunities.
• •Help maintain sourcing project trackers and follow up on outstanding actions.
• •Support the preparation of presentations, reports and other sourcing materials.
• •Assist with organising supplier and internal meetings and maintaining relevant documentation.
• •Help the team with ad hoc analysis and project activities as required.
• •Identify opportunities to improve the way sourcing data and information is organised and managed.

• What You Will Need
• - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (current student status).
• - Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• - English language proficiency at least B2 level, written and verbal. Communicative level of Polish knowledge.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with self-motivation and organisational skills
• - Availability for a 12-month internship and commitment to work 30-35h/week
• - Academic or project experience related to supply chain or business process improvement will be advantageous

Poland Pay Ranges:

31,40 PLN/hour
