Key Responsibilities:

Treatment Delivery:

• •Provide a range of therapeutic treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services, according to spa protocols and guest preferences.
• •Ensure that all treatments are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• •Tailor treatments based on individual guest needs, including assessing their health and wellness goals.

Guest Experience:

• •Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests from the moment they enter the spa until their departure.
• •Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guests' needs and preferences, and offer professional recommendations.
• •Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and courteously to enhance their overall experience.

Wellness Focus:

• •Stay informed about the latest wellness trends, techniques, and products to ensure the spa’s offerings remain innovative and effective.
• •Integrate wellness and longevity practices into treatments to align with the spa’s philosophy and guest expectations.

Operational Responsibilities:

• •Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, including the proper use and storage of spa equipment and products.
• •Adhere to health and safety regulations, including maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.
• •Assist with the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms and manage inventory of products and supplies.
