Job Responsibilities

• •Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• •Building bulkheads and walls
• •Water-proofing
• •Drainage/Excavation
• •Removing trees
• •Minor carpentry repair
• •Installing fences
• •Repairing playgrounds
• •Installing, repairing and cleaning gutters

Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have 3 years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance work

Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.

Have a valid driver's license.

Passing a criminal background check required.

Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Spanish language skills are a plus.

Initiative and customer service skill.
