Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• Manage and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate execution of key activities across banking operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting.

Monitor operational risks and contribute to mitigation strategies in alignment with regulatory and internal control frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes across banking and capital market functions.

Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures, documentation, and control mechanisms.

Support periodic reviews and audits of operational processes to ensure adherence to compliance and risk protocols.

Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices relevant to banking operations and capital markets.
