Specialist Finance in Billing Cards Invoicing team

• Type of Employment: Temporary, 1 year
• Location: Riga, Latvia
• Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• •Take ownership for Billing Cards Invoicing team requirements in the 1CP project;
• •Participate and represent the team in all 1CP project related meetings;
• •Participate and be responsible for user acceptance testing;
• •To lead online and classroom user training;
• •Take ownership and participate in data migration to the new system;
• •To provide first line support after system go-live;
• •Participate in month closing related tasks;
• •Various manual invoice creation for specific customers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• •Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be last year student);
• •Previous experience in accounting;
• •Good computer skills (MS Office);
• •General understanding of ERP systems;
• •Fluency in English (speaking, writing) for communication with colleagues in Europe;
• •Very good communication and collaboration skills;
• •Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
• •Improvement driven and good team player.
