Job Description

Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.

Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.

Oversee the online enrollment process.

Process events in PeopleSoft.

• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including:

Open enrollment processes

Entering elections into the system

Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance

Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt SzolnokPerfekt Szolnok
