• •Contractual Strategy: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and advise stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• •Advanced Legal Research & Advisory: Provide legal assessments requested by regional office or local stakeholders from time to time.
• •Corporate Secretarial Management: Preparation of board resolutions, annual declarations to the Ministry of Commerce, and ensure compliance with the Law on Commercial Enterprises.
• •Legal Operations & Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for the local legal function.

• •Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Law or another related field.
• •Minimum 3- years of experience in legal and compliance roles
• •Strong understanding of Burmese legal and regulatory frameworks
• •Review and provide assistance in the preparation and execution of all legal agreements and contracts requested by various divisions within the organization.
• •Build and maintain a robust legal framework by standardizing agreement types and Service Level Agreements for each agreement category.
• •Excellent skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and legal agreements under Burmese law.
• •Strong analytical skills to assess legal and compliance risks and develop effective solutions within the Burmese context.
• •Fluency in both written and spoken in English
