• You will help keep trading, clearing, connectivity, and exchange applications running reliably for clients and internal stakeholders.
• The position combines real-time technical troubleshooting, market operations, customer support, and cross-functional problem solving.
• You will investigate operational issues, analyze errors, and coordinate with product and development teams to resolve complex incidents.
• The role also supports new product launches, platform updates, deployment testing, and client and vendor onboarding.
• You will work in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, technical judgment, and attention to operational detail are essential.
