Specialist Performance Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• •Analyze and optimize global supply chain, operations, and cross-functional processes to enhance efficiency and business performance.
• •Develop and implement global strategies to improve inventory management, delivery performance, and overall operational effectiveness.
• •Design and establish performance management frameworks, including KPI systems, reporting solutions, and dashboards for global operations and supply chain functions.
• •Lead and support international, cross-functional projects focused on optimizing logistics, material flows, manufacturing processes, and supply chain performance.
• •Collaborate closely with global sites, supply chain teams, sales organizations, controlling, and technical functions to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• •Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• •Prepare management presentations and decision-making materials while promoting best practices in performance management across the organization.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• •Experience in global project management, ideally complemented by expertise in Lean Management or continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), KPI frameworks and data visualization tools, with a strong focus in Power BI.

• •Strong knowledge of process management, standardization, and digital workflow design.
• •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• •Strong English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.
• •Willingness to travel combined with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style.
