Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Review and analyze incoming claims to determine validity and accuracy; 2. Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim processing; 3. Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims according to company guidelines; 4. Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies or issues in a timely manner; 5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of claims processing activities; 6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims operations; 7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
