Speech Therapist Language Pathologist  - Inpatient - Per Diem

Hourly Pay Range:

$39.44 - $61.13 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• •Position: Speech Language Pathologist – Inpatient Adult – Per Diem
• •Location: Glenbrook Hospital. May require floating to Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals
• •Full Time/Part Time: Per Diem (as needed per 6-week schedule)
• •Hours: Days

What you will do:

• •Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to adult physician referred patients
• •Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
• •Participate in the clinical supervision of students

What you will need:

• •Education: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from a University program accredited by the American Speech Language Hearing Association
• •License: Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of IL required
• •Certification: BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association
• •Experience: Minimum 1-year independent adult inpatient speech therapy experience required
