Spotify Non-Voice Support with Dutch and English (Remote within Bulgaria) - Fixed Term Contract

What You'll Do (Non-Voice Support Only):

• •Provide email and chat support (no phone calls!) to platform users
• •Answer common "how-to" and FAQ-type questions
• •Assist with account management and payment-related issues
• •Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
• •Fixed Term Contract from 6th of November till 23rd of December

What We’re Looking For:

• •Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (C1 level) 
• •Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria
• •Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• •Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker
• •Excellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
• •A positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
