Senior Associate (AEM Functional Tester)

What You Will Do

• •Develop test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements and AEM functionality.
• •Execute functional, regression, and system testing to validate implementations.
• •Create and maintain test documentation (scripts, data, reports).
• •Collaborate with AEM developers for defect identification and resolution.
• •Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• •Perform exploratory testing to uncover usability and functionality issues.
• •Monitor performance and stability of AEM applications.
• •Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation efforts.
• •Stay updated with AEM features, updates, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• OR
• bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of experience on AEM manual testing

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, specifically with AEM and similar content management systems.
• •Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components.
• •Strong knowledge of web technologies and content management systems.
• •Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• •Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• •Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (a plus).
• •AEM certification is a plus.
• •Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards in web development.
• •Strong documentation and communication skills to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
