What You'll Do

• •Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on Vendor and Customer Incentives processes, systems, and operating models.
• •Define solution architectures that align business objectives with scalable technology strategies and enterprise standards.
• •Drive SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA solution design for rebates, pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and contract management capabilities.
• •Develop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, value realization frameworks, and executive-level recommendations.
• •Partner with business stakeholders to redesign processes and implement best-practice operating models.
• •Evaluate and incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
• •Lead cross-functional teams through large-scale transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• •Maintain architecture artifacts, roadmaps, governance standards, and implementation guidance across the solution landscape.

Basic Requirements

• •8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions, business transformation, consulting, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
• •Experience with Vendor and Customer Incentives, Rebates, Pricing, Chargebacks, or Contract Management processes.
• •Proven solution architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale business and technology solutions.
• •Demonstrated experience building business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive presentations.
• •Experience leading large-scale business transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.
• •Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

€45,000 - €75,000
