Who we’re looking for
The Sr. Commercial Insurance Analyst plays a critical role in the lifecycle of our commercial loan products. Serving as a key operational control point supporting the ongoing monitoring and administration of insurance requirements across commercial lending activities, the role ensures that insurance documentation and coverage are maintained in accordance with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, commercial lending requirements, collateral protection standards, and audit expectations.
This position partners with our Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Sales teams to mitigate operational and regulatory risk while maintaining a high-quality dealer experience that is seamless and compliant. The role proactively identifies insurance and compliance risks, supports audit readiness, identifies process improvement opportunities, and contributes to the development and implementation of control processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of commercial insurance requirements, and the ability to coordinate multiple third-party vendors, insurance agents, and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing

Verify coverage types, limits, deductibles, endorsements, insured parties, loss payee language, and policy dates against applicable requirements.
Monitor expirations and coverage changes, and coordinate with a third-party vendor to obtain and process renewal documentation on time.
Identify documentation gaps and coverage exceptions, and work with dealers, borrowers, insurance representatives, and internal teams to resolve them.
Maintain insurance records, tracking tools, and reports on coverage status and open exceptions to support portfolio oversight and audit readiness.
Improve insurance review and tracking processes to reduce delays while maintaining controls.
Update insurance policies, procedures, and training materials as requirements or internal standards change, and support Commercial Services projects, system enhancements, and field training as needed.
