An opportunity exists for an experienced sales professional in the Laboratory Products area of Thermo Fisher Scientific supporting Laboratory Consumables.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Achieve assigned territory revenue goals through purposefully pursuing sales opportunities with current and potential customers
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and proactively develop strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate and train our channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities
  • Seek and promote new business potential through offering Thermo Fisher Scientific’s broad product portfolio and engage all appropriate colleagues to achieve maximum results for the company in total.
  • Participate in assigned corporate and focus account initiatives.

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably within Life Sciences, STEM or Business

Experience

  • At least 5 years of highly successful laboratory sales experience required
  • Must have an outstanding understanding of our markets and be knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product applications

Required travel ~50% of the time

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $70,300.00–$93,700.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
