Sr. Data Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Program Manager to lead large-scale data transformation, analytics, data engineering, and cloud modernization programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of program management, stakeholder management, data strategy, and technical expertise to successfully drive enterprise data initiatives from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs.

Define program objectives, scope, milestones, roadmaps, and success metrics.

Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Develop and execute program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Drive successful delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Technical requirements

Stakeholder Management

Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into data initiatives.

Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and executive leadership teams.

Present program updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.

Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

Additional responsibilities

Data & Technology Programs

Lead initiatives involving Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI & Analytics, Cloud Migration, AI/ML, and Data Governance.

Oversee the implementation of modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design and execution strategies.

Drive adoption of Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric architectures where applicable.
