(Sr.) Development Engineer (m/f/d) - Silicon Carbide (SiC)

About the role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development of Silicon Carbide (SiC) products.

This is your new job

• •Responsible for functionality & performance of the final product
• •Work together with simulations, layout and manufacturing teams
• •Develop and implement new technology concepts to manufacturing
• •Ensure the process integration of the full manufacturing route
• •Support the definition of test structures for technology characterization
• •Co-operate with internal and external development and production partners

This is you

• •PhD or Master ‘s Degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent
• •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated working experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC in industrial environment, depending on educational credentials
• •Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
• •Fluency in English, conversational German is desirable
• •Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• •Willingness to travel occasionally
